Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is part Italian. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
